The full message you’ll see is:
ERR: INCONSISTENT_TAG_VALUE MSG: Primary Filer CCC of XXXXXXXX value is inconsistent with CIK value of 0001234567. LOC: LINE NUMBER: 0
CIK value of 0001234567 represents your own CIK number here. What this usually means is someone has changed the filing entity’s CCC, often done at the beginning of the year, and you didn’t get the memo. Find the newly updated CCC and you should be good to go.
