EDGAR Filing Agent (EFA), a division of Electronic Publishing Services, Inc., is expanding its offering of Online Workstations (OLWS) for EDGAR filers in search of easy to use, self-service solutions to their compliance needs.
We recently released the SEC Form 144 OLWS in response to the SEC’s requirement for electronic filing of all SEC Rule 144 forms beginning April 13, 2023.
Coming online shortly is the Regulation D OLWS for the filing of Form Ds and also the Schedule 13G OLWS for the filing of SC 13G forms and their amendments.
Future forms in the works: Form X-17A-5 and Form N-PX Online Workstations for their respective forms.
Current OLWS
Form 13F Online Workstation for the filing of Forms 13F-HR, 13F-NT and 13F-CTR. This OLWS has just been updated in accordance with the SEC’s adoption of new amendments to Form 13F as well as the upcoming rule to require electronic filing of all requests for confidential treatment beginning in February of 2023.
Section 16 Online Workstation for the filing of corporate insider forms 3, 4 and 5. This is our original OLWS which came online in early 2008.
Form 12b-25 Online Workstation for the filing for extension requests for forms 10-K, 10-Q, 20-F, 11-K, 10-D, N-CEN, and N-CSR.
